Library and Information Commons

Seattle Children's Library and Information Commons is a technical medical library. It is on the hospital's 6th floor, near the Whale elevators. Our medical librarians can help you find information about your child's condition.

If you are looking for medical information written for the layperson, please contact the Family Resource Center, on the 5th floor of the hospital.

Seattle Children's provides health care for the special needs of children regardless of race, sex, creed, ethnicity or disability. Financial assistance for medically necessary services is based on family income and hospital resources and is provided to children under age 21 whose primary residence is Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho.
